After performing extensive research on several of the existing destination clubs we soon realized that we were just paying for overpriced rental property. We discovered that the current destination club model was missing one major component, equity ownership. Immediately we began formulating a model that could somehow include partners in the potentially large appreciation gains that come from owning trophy properties long term. After months of research and pinpointing our numerous strategic contacts Luxury Real Estate Investment Partners was launched. Its structure was designed to provide a group of like-minded owners with a phenomenal collection of multi- million dollar homes that they would not only use and enjoy, but also own. With this in mind, the founders of Luxury Real Estate Investment Partners set out to create an ownership group that provides unsurpassed luxury and convenience.
