Luxury Real Estate Investment Partners, LLC ("The Partnership"), is a select group of individuals having an equity ownership in "The Partnership". This appreciating equity real estate model will ultimately provide its partners a portfolio of luxury properties worth in excess of $12 million dollars.

Conceptually, "The Partnership" has been created to capitalize on the highly appreciating real estate markets across the country, while at the same time allowing each of its partners to maximize their investment by: 1) Providing first class accommodations for family vacations. 2) Generating year round rental income. 3) And most importantly, ownership of an appreciable portfolio. "The Partnership" is an ownership group providing access to not only multi million dollar homes but around the clock concierge service available to the owners and guests. These luxury sites are not only located in some of the most desirable real estate markets in the world, but also in markets that continue to experience double digit appreciating gains over the course of the past five years.

Because of the escalating costs of travel, hotel accommodations and our aging demographics, destination clubs are in great demand. Many of the current clubs are priced between $200,000 and $600,000. That payment is only for membership privileges, and includes no equity value. In other words, there is no participation in the appreciation connected with these types of real estate investment. This remains the defining difference in our investment.

Each partnership interest is responsible for annual operating expenses of $15,000. These payments are used to cover taxes, insurance, mortgage payments, etc. Management will constantly monitor operating expenditures and may increase annual payments if necessary.

LRIP Partners are offered virtually unlimited access to luxury homes in some of the most sought out destinations in the world. Partners can expect homes between $2 and $3 million that are fully furnished with all of the latest and greatest technologies.
