Luxury Real Estate Investment Partners was founded by Jim Allen, Jim Watson, Jack Manning & Dave Christie. The four are all members of J3D, LLC, the manager of LRIP, LLC. Jim Allen and Jim Watson are the founding developers of the National Golf Club of Kansas City and are season veterans in the investment real estate arena. Those of you who aren't familiar with Jack Manning, he is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Boston Capital, the 4th largest owner of apartment housing in the U.S. and 11th largest owner of real estate overall. David Christie is the founder and President of D.J. Christie, Inc., a commercial real estate company with properties throughout the Midwest and beyond. Luxury Real Estate Investment Partner's management has been charged with partnership oversight, acquisition development and creating strategic opportunities.
